MADD Connecticut Holds 32nd Annual Law Enforcement
Recognition Ceremony
East Haven, Connecticut — On May 30,
Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Connecticut held its
32nd Law Enforcement Recognition Ceremony to honor officers
and troopers for their exceptional efforts to make our
streets and highways safe through the enforcement of drunk
and drugged driving laws, education, community involvement,
training or volunteering with MADD.
MADD Connecticut recognized 159 Law Enforcement Officers and
Troopers, along with 50 Drug Recognition Experts, during the
ceremony at The Aqua Turf Club.

received the MADD Law Enforcement Award for 5 and 10 years.
MADD also awarded the Top Cop Award to Sergeant John Testa,
Hamden Police Department, for his dedication to DUI
enforcement and community involvement.
