Andrea Catsimatidis
serves as an executive of the Red Apple Group. In addition
to contributing to the leadership of the company as a whole,
she has specific responsibilities as a Principal of Red
Apple Real Estate, a member of Red Apple Group’s investment
committee, Vice President of First Federal Guarantee
Insurance Company, and Managing Director of Gristedes
Supermarkets.
In September 2017,
Andrea was elected Chair and CEO of the Manhattan Republican
Party and was subsequently elected as a Vice Chair of the
New York State Republican Party, in charge of representing
all of New York City. A member of the Young President’s
Organization (YPO), Andrea also serves on the board of the
Dough Main Financial Literacy Foundation to promote
children’s financial literacy. She is also actively involved
in many other charities.

from New York University’s Stern School of Business in 2012,
with a B.S. in Business Management and double minors in
Political Science and Communications. |

Somers Farkas,
a former model and advertising executive, today consults
with non-profit and profit organizations, initiating
development partnerships, advising on new business and
impact investing. She also initiated the formation of an
international beverage company. Her company, SW FARKAS
produces brand-enhancing events and
cross-marketing opportunities.
Actively involved in
local and national politics, she was appointed to the
President’s Commission on White House Fellowships in 2017,
and serves as a Vice President of the Manhattan Republican
Party. A committed philanthropist, she has raised millions
for organizations including: ASPCA, The Alzheimer’s
Association, Lighthouse Guild, and The New York Women’s
Foundation, of which she is a former member of the board.
A Trustee of the New
York City Police Foundation, Somers serves on the Nominating
Committee and Crime Stoppers Committee and is an Honorary
Battalion Chief of New York City’s Fire Department and
co-producer of the documentary “FDNY: 150 Years.”
Born in Virginia, on
the Chesapeake Bay, her family has a centuries old
dedication to the Tidewater peninsula. They supported
passage of a wetlands protection bill, the formation of The
Barrier Islands Center, capital improvements in the Eastern
Shore Community College and Riverside Shore Memorial
Hospital and were instrumental in building
the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel.
Somers received her
BA in Communications from the University of Virginia.

Lucida Plummer
is the Executive Director, Global Head of Diversity, Asset &
Wealth Management,
at J.P. Morgan. She is responsible for working with senior
leaders to drive accountability and engagement around
attracting and promoting a
diverse and inclusive workforce.
Previously, Vice
President, Diversity & Inclusion for Wyndham Worldwide, she
created and executed key initiatives. She led the Global
Diversity Council, chaired by the CEO, and led an initiative
to identify diverse high growth consumer segments across
Wyndham’s lines of business. Lucida worked across the
enterprise to identify strategic opportunities and
partnerships with key leaders, diverse populations, and
external organizations to enhance Wyndham's reputation as an
employer of choice.
Prior to that role,
Lucida was the Director, Global Diversity & Inclusion, for
MetLife, accountable for restructuring 30 US diversity
networks with over 5,000 members and launching global
women’s business networks in over 20 countries in alignment
with MetLife’s diversity and inclusion strategy.
Before moving into
Diversity & Inclusion, she leveraged her human resources
experience across a wide range of industries with a
particular focus on employee relations
and employee engagement.
Lucida obtained a
Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Mercy
College, Dobbs Ferry, NY and her undergraduate in Psychology
from the State University at Albany, Albany, NY.

New York City’s Police Athletic League
is the first and
finest
civilian-run PAL in the country.
Founded in 1914, PAL has
served
the city’s young people for 98 years. PAL provides
recreational, educational, cultural and social activities to
40,000 boys and girls annually.
It is also the city’s largest, independent, nonprofit
youth organization.
