On October 2, 2018, the Police Athletic League (PAL) hosted
its 46th Annual Superstar Dinner honoring Timothy
Michael Cardinal Dolan with the PAL Superstar Award at
The Plaza Hotel. The event welcomed over 300 guests and
raised $1,252,300 for the nonprofit organization.

New York City’s Police Athletic League is the first and
finest civilian-run PAL in the country. Founded in 1914, PAL
has served the city’s young people for over 100 years. PAL
provides recreational, educational, cultural and social
activities to 30,000 boys and girls annually. It is one of
the city’s largest, independent, nonprofit youth
