As part of promoting inclusivity and

it was a huge honor to meet with the
United Nations Economic And Social Council ( ECOSOC)
President , H.E. Mr. Collen Vixen
Kelapile
who is also the
Ambassador
and Permanent Representative
Of Botswana to the United Nations .
We
discussed inter alia , the engagement of Civil Society in
implementing the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development
Goals and participation in the United Nations Economic And
Social Council High Level Meetings and Events .
His Excellency Collen Vixen Kelapile
was elected
the Seventy- Seventh President of the Economic and Social
Council
on the 23rd of July , 2021.
Ambassador Collen Vixen Kelapile is currently
the Ambassador and Permanent Representative
of Botswana to the United Nations .

Fiscal space for a COVID-19 response and swift recovery ;

Inequalities within and between countries , and resuming
development after conflicts;
3.
Science , Technology and Innovation ( STI ) , climate crisis
and biodiversity loss ;
4.
Partnerships , and
Youth engagement .
Renew Our Earth
is a United States Registered Climate Change Initiative ,
which prepares communities to respond , recover and emerge
more resilient from COVID-19 , climate Change and water
disasters .
We advocate for a
" Healthy Green Recovery “
by protecting nature , investing in essential services , and
above all promoting Sustainable Food Systems .
We
empower communities in Africa , The Caribbean
and
the Pacific Small Island States
to build back better risk-informed COVID-19 recovery and
rehabilitation communities and strengthening resilience
to climate related disasters .
Renew our Earth
have Centers Of Excellence in Lome , Togo
- Renew Our Earth Center Of Excellence , Togo .
We look forward to in 2022 partnering with communities in
The Maldives ,
Fiji
and
Madagascar
to
open Centers Of Excellence .
