Houston Classical Charter School recently
hosted their Foundational Dinner featuring a silent and
live auction at Masraff's. The purpose of the dinner was
to raise funds for their campus expansion project for
the 2023-2024 academic year and beyond. The dinner
raised $1.1 million thanks to generous donations from
Adrienne & Snehal Amin, Claire & Joe Greenberg, Jordan &
Dylan Seff, Jillian & Yuri Waldo, as well as other
individual donors and family foundations.
Proceeds from the dinner will afford
Houston Classical Charter School the ability to expand
their campus in Alief and add essential staff for the
2023-2024 academic year.
The dinner, Co-Chaired by Jessica Leeke and
Dr. Julie Kuo featured testimonials from well-known and
respected leaders in the charter school community.
Guests were invited to learn from Deyvis Salazar,
Founder and CEO of Houston Classical Charter School. Mr.
Salazar spoke to the differences between Houston
Classical and other charter schools in that Houston
