A panel of
filmmakers and cause-video advocates discussed the growing
influence of visual storytelling advocacy in the next
“Philanthropy 3.0: Next Leaders, New Challenges” speaker
series event, “Filmmakers as Fundraisers,” .
Panelists presented clips of their work and discussed new
philanthropy-filmmaking partnerships for social change.
The rise of ‘citizen filmmakers’ telling global stories from the streets
was also addressed.
