The group reassembled at
The Performing Garage to accommodate 100 guests for drinks,
dinner and a performance. Chef Alejandro Alcocer of L’Estudio
Green served a course that included petit pan squash and fava
beans with herb goat cheese, mixed baby greens with sungold
tomatoes and red–wine vinaigrette, seafood paella, seared
grass–fed beef tenderloin with mixed potato purée and green
beans, rainbow quinoa with mixed vegetable brunoises, panna
cotta, and chocolate pot de crème.
The Wooster Group is a
company of artists who make works for theater, dance, and media.
They are based in New York City at The Performing Garage at 33
Wooster Street, where they develop and perform their work. The
Group also performs at larger theaters in New York and their
productions tour nationally and internationally. |
