Olivia Jordan, Harry Johns, Thomas DeRosa “flipped the
switch” for the Alzheimer’s Association and light the
world-famous Empire State Building’s tower lights purple in
honor of Alzheimer’s awareness and to coincide with the
Alzheimer’s Association Brain Ball.

DETAILS:
The Empire State Building honored the Alzheimer’s
Association bathing its world-famous tower lights in purple
to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s and celebrate the
Alzheimer’s Association Brain Ball. The Brain Ball elevates
the profile of Alzheimer’s disease and its impact on
families and raises funds for research and critical support
services for individuals, families and caregivers facing the
daily challenges of the disease.
Alzheimer’s is one of Jordon’s
platform issues and a cause she is passionate about. The
Alzheimer’s Association is honoring DeRosa for his
commitment to advancing memory care and connectivity across
the health care continuum to provide quality of life and
dignity for people living with dementia.
