New York - October 3, 2007 -Last night New York socialite
Tinsley Mortimer and Chiaki Imai invited friends to celebrate
the exclusive launch of the Royal Chie 2007 Fur Collection at
the Royal Chie boutique on 59th Street and Madison Avenue.
Among the guests were Topper Mortimer, Dabney Mercer, Irina
Pantaeva, Cristina Greeven Cuomo Elizabeth Loomis, and Lucia
Hwong Gordon who enjoyed champagne and sushi dished up by
women wearing traditional Japanese Kimonos.
The designer, Chie Imai has put her heart and soul into
creating the most vivid colors for her fur especially with her
2007-2008 Royal Chie Fur Collection. “The colors are inspired
by the blossoms of hibiscus and bougainvillea that grow wildly
in the tropics,” says designer Chie Imai. The collection
colors are dynamic floral and radiant oranges, reds, pinks and
blues that undoubtedly capture the essence of the blossoming
new season.
The 2007 Royal Chie Fur Collection celebrates Chie Imai’s 31st
collection “Blooming” building upon what Royal Chie has
cultivated and developed over the past 30 years. This
Collection reinforces the concept that fur can be worn year
round, especially in the summer. Royal Chie’s luxurious
“seasonless fur” assimilates the beauty of fur, while also
being stylish, breathable and comfortably worn in warmer
weather. This innovative development sets Chie apart from
other more conventional fur designers. |
