Join us for The Parrish Art Museum’s most important fundraiser and the most magical evening of the summer as we honor Alvin Chereskin who will conclude his two terms as Chairman of the Parrish Board of Trustees at the close of 2008. Alvin has been instrumental in the planning and implementation of The Parrish’s vision for a new beginning at its Water Mill site.

 Alvin joined The Parrish’s Board of Trustees in September 2003 and assumed the role of Chairman in January 2005. Alvin’s philanthropic interests have also focused on the United World Colleges and the Merce Cunningham Dance Foundation, where he served as co-chairman of the board of trustees.

 Celebrate this special evening with Midsummer Party honorary co-chairs Deborah Bancroft, Katharina Otto-Bernstein, Kelly Behun Sugarman and the Museum’s special friends and supporters.
