This year our annual “CAPPY Awards” (CAP Persons of the Year) will be held at The Colony Hotel on Thursday, October 30, 2008.  This evening will feature cocktails, dinner by the bite, entertainment, and a silent auction, and will recognize individuals and organizations that have made a significant contribution to the fight against HIV/AIDS in Palm Beach County and beyond; while also serving as a significant fund raiser for CAP.  Generosity of spirit has been an enormous force behind the phenomenal growth of this event! 

As we plan this year’s event we hope that you will join us as a “2008 CAPPY Awards” participant.   As a participant you are entitled to a listing on the invitation and an exclusive invitation to a terrific kickoff cocktail party on October 2nd, plus recognition in the event program book, in media releases, and on the CAP website.  We would also be so grateful for any additional support in the way of underwriting sponsorship for the event so that we can exceed our goal of raising much-needed dollars for these essential services for the community.

Since 1985, Comprehensive AIDS Program of Palm Beach County (CAP), has served tens of thousands of children and adults and has grown into one of the most successful community based HIV/AIDS organizations in the nation.  CAP has been widely recognized for its provision of case management, education, and prevention services.
