school graduate,
Xiang
Siow
will receive the
Student Leader
of the Year
Award.
Mr. Siow was a
JANY Student
Ambassador while
enrolled at
Stuyvesant High
School in New
York City. He
exudes the
qualities that
constitute a
JANY Student
Ambassador -
leadership,
success, service
and passion for
enterprise. In
addition to his
time in JANY
professional
development,
Xiang
participated in
the High School
Heroes Program,
teaching
elementary
students to
become
financially
literate; he
shadowed
professionals at
WCBS-TV and WNBC-TV;
and he
participated in
speaking
engagements
focused on the
financial
literacy
empowerment of
students. He is
currently a
freshman at the
University of
Chicago.
