On Tuesday, March 30th,
Irmeli Viinanen wife of
Jarmo Viinanen, Finnish
Ambassador to the UN hosted
an exclusive VIP party in
conjunction with the
Hospitality Committee For
United Nations Delegation,
Inc. - (HCUND -

at the NYGÅRD Fashion
Concept Store located in the
heart of Times Square, New
York. Mrs. Viinanen &
guests enjoyed an evening of
shopping and a special
Fashion Show featuring Peter
Nygård's new spring
collections. During the
evening, fashion designer,
Peter Nygård made a surprise
appearance signing
autographs and taking photos
with the guests.
Finnish born fashion mogul,
Peter Nygård opened his
flagship fashion concept
store at the corner of 40th
and B'WAY in November 2009.
The privately-owned company
is known for having the fit
for every woman, garnering
each of the company's brands
Peter Nygård, Bianca Nygård
and NYGÅRD Collection a
loyal following throughout
North America.
This futuristic store
captures Nygård's unique
vision marrying fashion and
technology, where customers
