New York, NY, April 26, 2007. To honor and celebrate the
‘Honor Roll’ of supporters of the Lenox Hill Neighborhood
House Annual Spring Gala Preview Party titled “The Time Of
Your Life,” this year’s event was held at The Seventh Regiment
Armory (Park Avenue and 67th Street) on Thursday, April 26,
2007, sponsored by Rolex Watch U.S.A., Inc, the evening began
with cocktails from 6:00 to 8:30pm to preview The Spring
International Art & Antiques Show, produced by Wendy
Management. Over 50 dealers from around the world exhibited a
wide range of materials including European, American and Asian
furniture, oriental rugs, tapestries, rare books, autographs,
antique boxes, clocks, silver, antique jewelry and more. The
splendid night continued at 8:30pm with dinner at 35 highly
stylized tables, each with an original table decoration
created by top interior designers to reflect the theme. The
Gala Chair is Diana Quasha; Honorary Chairs are Audrey Gruss,
Elizabeth Rohatyn and Sydney R. Shuman, and Dinner Co-Chairs
are Sara & Charles Ayres, Lisa and Dick Cashin, Caroline and
Tom Dean, Ingrid and Thomas J. Edelman. The Design Co-Chairs
were Albert Hadley and Harry Heissmann.
The Lenox Hill Neighborhood House’s annual Spring celebration
raises private funds to help those in need, who live, work or
go to school on Manhattan’s East Side -primarily the Upper
East Side, and to improve the quality of life for all those in
its community. The Neighborhood House’s objective is to help
people gain the skills to strengthen themselves and their
