A Five-Star Affair

Annual Luncheon and Fashion Show to Benefit Opportunity,
Inc.
The oldest charity of the Palm Beaches, Opportunity,
Inc. celebrates its award of the highest rating possible
- Five- plus- Stars from Quality Counts rating
service, managed by the Children's Service Council and
Family Central of Palm Beach County.
Chaired by Naomi Rosenberg, it will take place Thursday,
January 13, 2011, at the Beach Club.
C. Orrico will present fashions by Lilly Pulitzer.
Doors will open at 10:30 for an extended boutique gallery.
The Winifred C. Anthony Award, named for the founder, will
be presented to women who have delivered distinguished
service
to the organization for ten years or more. Jane Caruso,
Estelle Curran, Joyce Coffin, Laura Mayo,
Ruth
Paine, Kay Rybovich, and Ann Tylander will
be honored.
Opportunity, Inc. serves financially challenged, working
families year 'round, providing the most effective
kindergarten preparedness training available, as well as
cultural enrichments, field trips, physical and mental
health screenings and parenting classes.
The children range in age from six weeks to five years.
