The Junior Committee for the New York Center for Children
Announce THEIR FALL FUNDRAISER, Masquerade
Soirée,
at CHEFS CLUB NEW YORK, SEPTEMBER 21, 2015
The Junior Committee for the New York Center for Children
(JCNYCC, NYCC) is proud to announce their fall fundraiser,
Masquerade
Soirée.
Since 1995, the NYCC
has benefited victims of child abuse and their families.
Masquerade
Soirée
will be held at one of New York’s premier restaurants,
CHEFS CLUB,
275 Mulberry St, New York, NY 10012
on September 21, 2015 (7:00-11:00 pm). Evening
festivities include delectable
hors d'oeuvres, specialty cocktails, a spirited DJ, silent
auction, and a few surprises.
The JCNYCC encourages you to wear a mask, but if you don’t
have one, our Center’s children, in an annual tradition,
create artful renditions for your consideration.
Bettina Bennett, JCNYCC Chairperson,
notes, “Each year our fundraisers have been attended by an
increasing number of caring benefactors sharing our passion
to assist and be advocates for victims of child abuse and
their families. Your donation supports
providing free, comprehensive evaluation and therapy
services to victims, and, professional training on the
diagnosis, treatment and prevention of child abuse to
outside organizations.”
Edgar Vaudeville, Event Chair,
comments, “The JCNYCC is looking forward to record
participation at one of New York’s most exciting culinary
venues, CHEFS CLUB, where I will be a host. I am honored to
support the NYCC’s laudable efforts and to be an advocate
for the organization.”
This year The JCNYCC will also honor
Peyton Hostetler, Honorary Chair,
for over four years of exceptional service prior to her
relocation to Charlotte, NC. Therefore, the JCNYCC will ask
you to join us, raise a toast to Ms. Hostetler, and
recognize her many contributions.
