Virginia Knight; Larry Butcher; and Jim Gregory; Mary
Barnes, President and CEO; Patsy Oram, Chief Operating
Officer; and James Longfield, Vice President of Development.
Guests were treated to a tantalizing
assortment of menu selections beginning with Penne Arrabiata,
Antipasto or Caesar Salad, followed by main courses of
Scaloppini of Veal, Sauteed Grouper Fillet or Chicken Breast
Milanese. Petit Fours and coffee completed the dinner.

plans for the upcoming Gala. Scheduled for January 9, 2009,
at The Mar-a-Lago Club, Palm Beach, anticipation is that the
event will be a spectacular success. The high-energy
