In a few days, Trump will be sworn in as the forty-fifth president of the United States. From the history of the United States, the Republican Government waving stick much more in the international arena is no exception in the field of trade. After Trump was elected and deployed force to China, the trader war has begun to diffuse the smoke.

China and US trade accounted for a large proportion in world trade, according to published the data from White House Office of trade representative, in 2015, China and US trade amounted to $659.3 billion USD , China is the largest exporter in the world, while the United States is the largest importer in the world.

Chinese is the largest supply of goods to USA, in 2015, the total amount of goods in the United States imports from China is $482 billion USD, including $237 billion in machinery and $28 billion USD furniture, toys and sports for $24 billion USD, $17 billion USD of shoes, $4.4 billion USD of agricultural products.                 

China is the Third goods exporters  of American, U.S. exports goods to China was $116 billion USD, including $15 billion of aircrafts , $25 billion USD of machinery, automobile $11 billion USD, $20 billion of agricultural products
 (soybean accounted for 55%).                                                              

Data shows that in 2015 the United States has a $366 billion USD trade deficit with China. Trump's current economic criticism in China has three main aspects, he said that China manipulates the exchange rate and devaluation of the RMB, subsidies for exports, in some areas not open to foreign markets or set up trade barriers. When he comes to power, he had no choice but to take these three areas as the main battlefield of China's trade war, that is, the appreciation of the RMB, impose high anti-dumping duties on Chinese goods that import from China, and set import quotas.

From the historical experience of China and US relations, the new  president in the United States took office, China and US relations may be a low period, but  the new president knew increasingly deepening with China and US relations and the importance of the complexity, China and  US economic and trade relations will return to normal track. The essence of economic and trade cooperation between China and the United States is mutual benefit and win-win situation. After so many years of development, between China and the United States in fact has formed a pattern
 of interests for each other.

China and USA relations cover many areas. If  China and USA relations as the ship, economic and trade relationship has always been "ballast" of Big Ship between China and USA. We must make good use of this  ballast to stabilize the current China and USA relations, the incoming U.S. President Mr. Trump who was businessman, did not want to use this "ballast" to achieve his campaign promises
 "make United States strong again".    

The promise of the governments of China and the United States
gives us hope and promise                     

Generally speaking, China is a trade surplus with the United States. Therefore, if the two countries start a trade war, the more impact is certainly surplus country, that is china. WAL-MART, the US retail giant, has 432 stores in China, while Starbucks, the US coffee chain, has more than 2500 stores in china. General Motors in the United States in 2015 net profit of $9.7 billion USD, of which the Chinese market accounted for 1/5. If China and the United States start a trade war, these American multinationals investing in China could also become victims.                                                                                                     

The Chinese government's commitment: “China will import more than
 $10 trillion USD over the next 5 years, which is enough to reduce
 the $366 billion trade deficit between the US and china.    

General mobilization of The Chinese in the United States: the use of wisdom, we use Chinese enthusiasm in the presidential election voting, solidarity with our love of the motherland and living in the country's transcendental patriotism, urgently mobilized to avoid possible China and US trade war, let the group show the wisdom. The development of the United States needs China's market, China's development needs to work closely with the United states. Accomplishing  as a role  of "golden ribbon" of  the China and US friendship and cooperation between the two countries, and  constructing harmonious blending, win-win cooperation, unity and friendship, full of vitality "of the harmonious overseas Chinese community, not born in China and the United States do dumb to avoid possible trade war in the active voice called for the United States governments keep calm and show sincerity, for the realization of China and USA trade balance and realize China and USA global governance vision,
 win-win cooperation.                 

We will work with the new Trump administration  related to a "race against time" game: "next year in April, the United States as the new government will identified whether Chinese  is a" currency manipulator ", which will be a test of the" touchstone related to  Trump relationship with China, "the president can cope with the international balance of payments deficit by the tariff, increased by 15%, for a period of 150 days"  and drop out " North American Free Trade Agreement ", because the principle of the president of the United States only need notice  relevant countries to do advance six months ". The above three time points “next year April (in April 2017)”
to our advantage.

It can reduce the U.S. trade deficit with China, which implement the China and U.S. trade balance in the best way.

Xi Jinping pointed out when he has congratulated Trump to be elected as president, that as the largest developing country, the largest developed country, the world's top two economies, China and the United States need cooperation and cooperate to be a lot of things. I pay high attention with China and US relations and willing to work with the United States to promote bilateral relations and better benefit the people of the two countries and other countries.

Trump said, thanks to President Xi who congratulated me on being elected president of the United States. I agree with President Xi's views on U.S. - China relations. China is a great and important country, the development of China's good prospects to the world. The United States and China can achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation. I would like to work with you to strengthen cooperation between the United States and china. I believe that U.S. and China relations will surely achieve better development.
