Description of Charity: The
Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network’s mission is to increase
public awareness about bladder cancer; advance cancer
research and provide education and support to the bladder
cancer community. Thousands die from bladder cancer every
year, yet there is little awareness about the disease. BCAN
is at the forefront advocating for greater public awareness
and funding research that will deliver a cure for bladder
cancer.

Description of event: Bladder
cancer is the sixth-most diagnosed cancer in the United
States, yet so few are aware of this deadly disease. BCAN
will host a robust question and answer session about the
past, present and future of bladder cancer research and
treatment with two of the world's leading experts, cocktail
reception to follow.
