Nurit Kahane Haase and Francine LeFrak hosted a trunk show in Southampton to benefit Same Sky.   Socially prominent women came out to purchase a pieceof jewelry and to support the Same Sky artisans. From Rwanda to the USA Same Sky creates jobs for women struggling to lift themselves out of extreme poverty.  

The real change happens with the dignity of work and the freedom of being self sufficient.  "We give a hand-up to a hand out and we do it globally".

The Same Sky artisans earn 15 to 20 percent the average wage in sub Saharan Africa, and 100% of the net proceeds are reinvested to train and employ
 artisans in need.
