HANLEY
CENTER FOUNDATION’S
16TH ANNUAL FAMILY LUNCHEON
WELLINGTON, Fla. (March 7, 2011) – Family was the underlying
theme at the Hanley Center Foundation’s 16th Annual Family
Luncheon, held on Sunday, February 27 at the Palm Beach
International Equestrian Center in Wellington. More than 200
loyal supporters and their children attended the event and
helped raise nearly $160,000 to benefit Hanley Center’s
Education and Prevention Programs. The acclaimed programs
include specialized training for professionals worldwide on
how to identify and treat the disease of addiction, as well
as research-based prevention methods for parents,
caregivers, older adults and school-aged children.
“Hanley
Center has helped more than 150,000 people through our
Education and Prevention Programs,” said Dr. Rachel Docekal,
CEO of the Hanley Center Foundation. “Thanks to the support
and dedication of our chairs, sponsors and guests, we can
further our mission to save the lives of addicted
individuals and provide real support to families afflicted
with this disease.”
