Connie Kwan-Wong
has been
making a name for herself with her
CKW COLLECTION
which
helps women achieve inner and outer beauty.

Believing that
beauty should be more than skin deep, she helps her
customers find an added natural glow from supplements and
positive thinking. Raised by her parents to help those in
need, Connie has started a foundation that has been giving
back to her community through numerous charities for
children in the Houston area. In a recent interview, Connie
answered some questions on her skincare line, charity work,
and private life.

Q: What led you to create the CKW collection?
A: I strongly believe in giving back to the community,
so I have decided to combine my two passions: beauty and
charity. I will always donate part of my sales to charitable
organizations. I believe inner beauty is as important as
outer beauty, so I want to bring together the concept that
looking pretty can also help us feel great when we are
giving back to the community.
Q: What makes the CKW Collection different from other
skincare companies?
A: CKW COLLECTION is a skincare company with a holistic
approach in achieving beauty. Believing in the idea of being
“beautiful inside and out,” the company combines skincare
products, supplements, and charity. To ensure the highest
quality of all our products, ingredients and components, our
company uses those that are not only on the cutting edge but
are also natural and pure. By using natural and effective
skincare products, consumers can see amazing results in less
time. CKW COLLECTION is a pioneering brand and a trail
blazer for the most effective skincare treatment by using
this unique approach.
Q: Have you developed your skincare company for a particular
type of woman?
A: My skincare products are for all women, young and old and
for all skin types. We make products for normal, dry, oily
and combination skin types. I have been in the skincare
business for 18 years and have used my knowledge to develop
the three-fold approach to beauty—skincare, supplements and
positivity. I believe every woman can be beautiful by taking
care of her appearance, and just as important is the added
glow that comes from developing her inner beauty.
Q: I know that besides having your skincare company, you
also have your own foundation—the Connie Kwan-Wong
foundation. Could you please tell me more about your
foundation?
A: I strongly believe that “giving is better than
receiving.” So I wanted to strongly reinforce the concept
that you should "love the people around you and help the
people who need you." The main p urpose of my foundation is
to raise awareness about the immediate problems and issues
facing children in Houston, and about how best to address
these issues. The foundation serves as a bridge between the
Houston community and established children's charities to
foster growth and community involvement in these wonderful
organizations to help where needed.
Q: Which non-profit and charitable causes have you been
supporting?
A: I have been supporting Kids’ Meals, Children's
Defense Fund, Houston Children’s Charity, Boys and Girls
Harbor and many other reputable organizations. Our focus is
to raise awareness for different reputable charitable
organizations to fight against childhood hunger and child
abuse. We do this through scholarship awards, after-school
enrichment programs, and adopting family programs. At
Thanksgiving and Christmas, we especially like to
participate in the holiday festivities by giving back at
special events to brighten the lives of many children who
are in need.
Q: What prompted you to get so involved in charity work?
A: From the time that I was just a young child, my
parents always taught me to be sincere, to be honest, and to
value friendship and family. That encouraged me to care
about others and to help wherever possible. Once I met and
married my husband, he further strengthened my commitment to
be grateful and cherish the blessings of life and to spread
those blessings to others whenever possible.
Q: Besides your business and charity work, what others
hobbies
do you have?
A: I spend a lot of quality time with my friends and family.
I like to meditate and exercise, and I also enjoy writing
inspirational quotes.
Q: Have you ever thought of publishing your quotes as a
book?
A: Yes, in fact, I have already finished my
inspirational quotes book, and I am planning to launch it by
the end of the year. Hopefully, my quotes wil l inspire
other women to live a more fulfilling life.

All things considered, the combination of Connie’s product

have been helped through her foundation. She is a testament
