The diamonds sparkled and the chilly martinis flowed at the
recent unveiling of the newest jewelry line of the venerable
89 year old house of Kazanjian titled the Patrick M.
Collection. The evening, hosted by Carolyn Farb and Kimberly
DeLape at the swanky Hotel ZaZa, benefited the U.S. Fund for
UNICEF’s School-In-A-Box program and was attended by 200
jewelry aficionados all gawking at the skating rink sized
sapphires, diamonds and emeralds. Michael Kazanjian, in from
Los Angeles, mentioned that this exclusive unveiling is only
scheduled in a select few cities across the United States
including Aspen, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles and Houston and
internationally in Paris, Cannes, London and Monte Carlo.
Women seen trying on the beautiful gems, and men guarding
their wallets, included: Charles Ward, Rania and Jamal
Daniel, Richard and Jana Fant, Hershey Grace and John
Moritz, Betty and John Hrncir, Barbara and Ulysses LeGrange,
Mariana Servitje, Astrid and Gene Van Dyke and Thomas and
Anna Au, and, Nino DiFerrante, Consul General of Italy.
