Chef Malkhaz Maisashvili
Chef Maisashvili began his culinary career in 1985 as a sous
chef at theHotel Iveria in Tbilisi, Georgia, where he was
promoted to
chef de cuisine.
A culinary arts graduate of Tbilisi Cooperative Institute,
Chef
Maisashvili has received a wide variety of national and
international
awards and recognitions including the title “Chef
Extraordinaire”
during the Georgian Cultural Festival in Zurich (2003),
“Chef of theYear” by the Georgian National Academy (2006),
and winner of the
Georgian national culinary contest (2007).
Since 2009, Chef Maisashvili has served as executive chef of
the M-Group restaurant chain in Tbilisi.
3,000 square feet of space for events, photo shoots, video
shoots (ample lighting both internal and natural).
