ADAPT Virtual Family Connect Summit|Creating
the Future
will be held live via Zoom on
Wednesday, October 16th.
This year’s
ADAPT Virtual Family Connect Summit
will highlight important updates and resources available to
children and adults with disabilities. Experts from across
New York will be presenting on various topics that can
benefit the
intellectual or developmental disability (IDD)
community.
“The ADAPT Virtual Family Connect Summit is
for families, self-advocates, professionals, and anyone
interested in the latest information regarding intellectual
and developmental disability services and supports for
children and adults,”
says Edward R. Matthews. “The summit provides a vast
array of crucially important resources presented by industry
leaders and experts in various areas.”
This year, the summit will
offer a variety of sessions covering a wide range of topics
including:

Individuals on the Autism Spectrum in Medical Settings.

to Supplement In-Home Support Outside of the OPWDD (Office
for People with Developmental Disabilities) Waiver & School
