The Lorenzo Jackson Foundation (“LJF”) is a
community-based, not-for-profit organization responsible
for providing resources and financial assistance to
students living with HIV/AIDS in the New York
metropolitan area. On November 9th at
Zereoue, Founder and Executive Director Alexander
Everett, and other notables, will be gathering
celebration of its second annual charity gala. This
year, Chris Spencer, renowned actor and comedian, will
host the event, honoring Marjorie Hill (GMHC), Tom
Panzella (H.E.A.T), Katherine Marx (H.E.A.T), and
Chankena Conway (Youth Activist).
As a founder and the current Executive Director of LJF,
Mr. Everett continues to have a puissant impact on the
relationships between schools, health organizations, and
community leaders to assist students living with
HIV/AIDS while creating programs and services that will
benefit the future development of infected students.
