Palm Beach, FL,  – The Leo and Anne Albert Award is bestowed by Alzheimer’s Community Care to recognize individuals or families who are outstanding supporters.  Each year, our Board of Directors designates a recipient based on their commitment to furthering the spirit of philanthropy within the Town of Palm Beach.  Leo and Anne Albert exemplified the exceptional generosity that we are celebrating with this award and, as a tribute to their legacy, it is named in their honor.
