Palm Beach, FL, – The
Leo and Anne Albert Award is
bestowed by Alzheimer’s
Community Care to recognize
individuals or families who are
outstanding supporters. Each
year, our Board of Directors
designates a recipient based on
their commitment to furthering
the spirit of philanthropy
within the Town of Palm Beach.
Leo and Anne Albert exemplified
the exceptional generosity that
we are celebrating with this
award and, as a tribute to their
legacy, it is named in their
honor.
“Arthur and Sydelle Meyer have
gained the respect and
admiration of the entire Palm
Beach community by upholding the
ideals of caring and giving to
others,” states Mary M. Barnes,
CEO and President of Alzheimer’s
Community Care. “They have
nurtured a family that finds
value in making a difference in
the lives of others. The
commitment and passion that the
Meyer family gives to each
charitable work that they
undertake is truly a rarity in
today’s society. For all the
selfless benevolence that the
Meyer family represents,
Alzheimer’s Community Care
wishes to recognize them as
recipients of this most
prestigious award. We are proud
to acknowledge our appreciation
of the Meyer family at our
Reflections Gala, held at
The Breakers on January 7, 2011.
By valuing projects that assist
Alzheimer’s patients and
caregivers in our community, the
Meyer family is a true beacon of
light to those in need.”
The Palm Beach Gala,
Reflections, will take place
on Friday,
January 7, 2011 at The Breakers
