Our country is
on the cusp of redefining the terms ,health and wellness,
and our Expo will better define this new business of
medicine, said Dr. Troy Anderson of the Live Life Expo
Steering Committee. What does healthcare reform really mean
The Live Life Expo will truly marry the concepts of health
and wellness: uniting cardiologist with chiropractor;
neurologist with nutritionist; anesthesiologist with
acupuncturist; and explaining the impact of these new
relationships to the general consumer.
Healthcare
reform will change the way doctors in the United States
practice medicine; the paradigm will shift form a focus
solely on the traditional, to more of the non-traditional:
holistic health and wellness. The business of recommending
expensive services and hospital stays will largely be
replaced with strategies to improve overall health,
ultimately driving down healthcare costs.
A very
prominent and dependable committee of medical professionals
was selected to provide an organized agenda and select the
speakers. They will also ensure important topics are covered
such as the details of the great healthcare debate, an
explanation of Accountable Care Organizations (ACP),
improving a patient's health, and much more.
The large list
of sponsors include Cancer Treatment Centers of America, APS,
Alzheimer's Association of the Desert Southwest
and IMS (Integrated Medical Services).
