IBM’s Bridget van Kralingen and Fox5’s Rosanna Scotto
to be Honored at
Bottomless Closet’s Annual Spring Luncheon
WHAT: Bottomless Closet, a leading New York-based
organization that helps disadvantaged women successfully
transition into the workforce through business attire and
comprehensive programs, will honor Bridget van Kralingen,
Senior Vice President, IBM Global Business Services, and
Rosanna Scotto, co-host of Fox 5
“Good Day New York”, at its annual Spring Luncheon on
Monday, May 13, at the Hilton New York in New York City.
Award-winning journalist Lynn Povich, author of The Good
Girls Revolt: How the Women of Newsweek Sued Their Bosses
and Changed the Workplace, will serve as the luncheon
speaker. Povich’s book chronicles her experience as one of
46 women who sued Newsweek magazine in a 1970 landmark class
action suit against sex discrimination in the workplace.
The luncheon host is Perri Peltz, filmmaker, journalist,
and host on Sirius-XM.
Proceeds from the Spring Luncheon will support the mission
of Bottomless Closet to help disadvantaged New York City
women become self-sufficient through a comprehensive program
that begins with business attire and interview preparation
and continues with professional development, financial
management and
personal enrichment.
