About us: The mission of Virginia's House of Hope is to
improve the quality of life for children. We accomplish this
by helping transitioning and otherwise disadvantaged
families throughout New York City and the surrounding
regions. In cooperation with the local public school
systems, we help those in need gain access to food, clothing
and other basic necessities. We also have several
scholarship funds and a Maritime Cooperative Program, which
was created to set a course for qualified candidates, and
assist them in obtaining the vocational and training
opportunities that will launch a rewarding maritime career.
Directions to Greenwich:
Trains will be available from Grand Central Station to the
Greenwich Station at the times listed below:
10:37 AM – 11:28 AM
11:10 AM – 12:01 PM
11:37 AM – 12:28 PM
12:10 PM – 1:01 PM
Cabs are available at the Greenwich Train Station for
transportation to the Polo Match.
Manhattan to Greenwich is an easy 45-minute drive.
(Exit 31 off the Merritt).
Free parking will be available at the Polo Club.
