Event Description: A
cocktail reception featuring fine wines and an extensive
silent auction, a delectable four-course gourmet dinner with
wine pairing and dancing.
Proceeds: The
2014 Fine
Wines & Hidden Treasures gala,
through the generosity of Palm Beach residents, will fund a
school in a poor rural area of Jamaica. The school will
provide adequate classroom space, a proper sanitation
system, and a nutritional facility where meals for the
students can be prepared. The new school will create a
comfortable environment that is conducive to learning.
Proceeds from the gala also will provide items desperately
needed to enrich the school curriculum: basic school
furniture, sports and music program equipment, and a program
that will offer a daily nutritious meal for the students.
