Philanthropy-Joining Forces Impact Pledge to Announce
$7 Million
in New Commitments
Funders Advance Solutions to Support
Veterans and Military Families
WHAT: The
Council on Foundations and the Veterans Philanthropy
Exchange will announce $7 million in new commitments to the
Philanthropy-Joining Forces Impact Pledge, a three year $285
million philanthropic effort to address a range of issues
facing veterans, at their annual convening April 12-13,
2016.
At this two-day event, which will highlight a
collaborative effort of nearly 200 grantmakers, veterans and
military family organizations, policymakers, service
providers, and others to support service members and their
families, new Impact Pledge members will be recognized for
their funding and resource commitments.
