General Admission is $150 per ticket. Our
Event Committee at LAPD Devonshire PALS is taking this
affair to the next level. At this high-profile event,
attendees will be treated to a complimentary dinner,
open bar, as well as a red carpet photo opportunity and
$1,500 chips to start! . No cash prizes will be awarded,
this is strictly a nonprofit fundraising event.
Register by December 1st. to receive $500 in bonus
chips!
Additional chips can be purchased prior to the start of
the tournament, and for a limited time during the
tournament. A grand prize will be awarded to the
tournament champion.
Please arrive at the event at 5:00pm for our cocktail
hour. The Tournament starts sharply at 6:00pm. This will
be a themed night event, so strap on your boots and head
on down in your best western wear.
Additional fun table games available for non-poker
players.
We will be offering free poker lessons during the
cocktail hour.
There is ample free parking in the Metro
station next to the PALS center.

Poker Tournament
Since 1973, LAPD Devonshire PALS has
forged a partnership between the LAPD and business and
community leaders in an effort to reduce juvenile crime,
prevent gang activity and build muscle in the character
of young children and teens. PALS offers after school
enrichment programs with LAPD officers working directly
with the kids as coaches, counselors and tutors. PALS
promotes trust and understanding between young people
and police officers. Our programs are based on the
conviction that young people – if they are reached early
enough – can develop strong, positive attitudes toward
police officers and the law. The youth center program’s
includes Police Cadets for youth looking to law
enforcement as a career and the Jr. Cadets program,
designed for our younger kids.
