The McCarton Foundation hit Southampton with its inaugural Garden Party on sunny Sunday August 16th. The Foundation made their big announcement among the gorgeous gardens at the breathtaking home of Kristen and Richard Thompson--that they are moving into a new 30,000 square foot space in Chelsea just in time to start the new school year. The fun filled party was held pool side with Roberta Freymann decorating the home and Swifty’s delighting the palettes, the food and décor were not to be missed.
Among those celebrating were Alex and Kate Donner, actor Maxmiliano Palacio, Sandra Ripert, Camille Campbell Von Arnim, Lisa Anastos, Nina and John Richter, Clay Tompkins, Michelle and Laur Blumberg, Sue Devitt, Lynda Packard, Maggie La Monica and Chris Tierney, Lisa Crawford, Sandra Coudert, Howard Cox, Brad Shaheen, Susan Waterbury, Melanie Seymour Holland, Amy Hoadley, Jim and Ellie Libby, Heinz Haas and Sara Crisafulli. The McCarton Foundation is one of NYC's leading Schools and Research Centers for autism and developmental disabilities. The opening ribbon cutting for the McCarton Foundation's new space will be in early November 2009.
