Last night at 12th Annual
Collaborating for a Cure Dinner and Auction to
benefit the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation
were Victoria’s Secret Angels Rosie
Huntington-Whiteley, Lindsay Ellingson and Candice
Swanepoel, as well former Warhol muse and ex-wife of
Don Johnson Patti D’Arbanville, HBO heavyweight
Sheila Jaffe, artist Peter Tunney, and Susan Meisel,
who all joined Samuel Waxman M.D. to benefit his
foundation.
The evening included a live auction with such
high-ticket items as a private luxury yacht cruise
in the Caribbean that received a bid of $95,000.00,
a St. Barts getaway which went for $85,000.00, and a
private dinner and wine tasting in Italian Wine
Merchants’ signature event space Studio del Gusto,
which sold twice at a winning bid of $30,00.00 each.
The night culminated with a live performance by
Grammy-award winning singer-songwriter Steve Winwood
and an after-party concert by The Lost Trailers.
