This year's
Bacchanal was the 11th consecutive Wine
Gala and Auction event held at the
Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, a
black tie event attended by the Mayor
and many prominent figures of
Philadelphia.

highlighting Chilean culinary delicacies
and dancing. Hugh Hildesley of
Sotheby's in Manhattan was the
auctioneer for the evening. The
prestigious Thomas Jefferson Award was
conveyed to honor two of Chile's leading
wine producers: Aurelio Montes,
Proprietor or Vina Montes and Enrique
Tirado, Chief Winemaker of Don Melchor,
Concha Y Toro.
Board
members, Mayor of Philadelphia, Jose
Goni Ambassador of Chilie, Benjamin
Leavenworth Honorary Consul of Chile,
