New York’s young entrepreneurial community
again turned out to support the National Wildlife
Federation’s Gulf restoration efforts, proving once
again that New Yorkers have some of the biggest
hearts in the country. Attended by celebrities and
supporters from the arts, business, and
entertainment worlds, Society’s Choice
event brought together young professionals who
care about the devastation to wildlife caused by the
BP Oil Spill and want to offer what
assistance they can.
The money raised from their event will go
toward identifying wildlife most impacted by the
spill, coordinating rescue efforts with NWF’s
surveillance teams, and helping to restore the
wildlife habitat that has been lost.
