(WEST
PALM
BEACH)
–
Center
for
Creative
Education
committee
members
are
sketching
out
plans
for
the
eleventh
annual
Spring
Luncheon.
Set
for
March
24
at a
private
Palm
Beach
residence,
the
interactive
benefit
event
is
guaranteed
to
bring
out
the
artist
in
each
guest.
“Each
year
this
event
showcases
an
aspect
of
our
in-
and
after-school
programming,”
said
Tom
Pilecki,
executive
director
of
CCE.
“I
feel
it
is
important
to
show
our
guests
the
creative
impact
CCE
has
on
children
in
the
community.
We
are
thankful
for
the
support
of
our
sponsors,
donors
and
committee
of
this
event
for
helping
to
raise
funds
and
awareness
for
our
programs.”
Luncheon
committee
members
have
created
an
artistic
afternoon
for
guests.
After
a
garden
reception
at
11:30,
guests
will
be
treated
to a
seated
lunch
with
a
special
performance
by
students
from
U.B.
Kinsey/Palmview
Elementary
School.
During
the
luncheon,
guests
will
have
a
chance
to
enter
a
drawing
for
fabulous
prizes
from
Worth Avenue. Drawing tickets are $50.
“At
CCE,
a
team
of
dedicated
artists
are
making
a
difference
in
the
way
students
learn
and
assimilate
new
information,”
said
Karakul,
honorary
chairman
of
the
11th
annual
event.
“Teachers
and
progressive
administrators
are
seeking
out
these
capable
and
supportive
artist
partners
and
students
are
benefiting
from
the
collaboration.
Now
more
than
ever,
it
is
critical
that
we
continue
to
raise
funds
and
support
the
programming
of
CCE.”
