Lymphoma
Society’s
annual
dinner
dance
took
place
on
Saturday,
March
6,
2010
at
Mar-a-Lago,
Palm
Beach.
The
event
began
with
the
cocktail
hour
taking
place
around
the
pool.
The
more
than
300
guests
also
mingled
in
the
white
and
gold
ballroom
while
bidding
on
an
array
of
fantastic
auction
items,
such
as a
pair
of
Roberto Coin diamond earrings and trips to tropical islands.

After
cocktails,
guests entered
the
ballroom,
which was transformed
into
a
Tuscan
Vineyard
with
grape
vines
and
sunflowers.
The
Gala
Chairman,
Jason
Guari, did
a
brief
welcome
speech
and
then
spoke
from
the
heart
about
his
wife,
Nicole’s,
own
battle
to
fight
leukemia.
He
proudly
announced
that
she
is
in
remission
and
they
are
both
very
thankful
for
all
of
the
family
and
friends
who
supported
them
during
that
difficult
time
period.
