created a catchy “chart topper” jingle for the audience to

made several appearances throughout the telethon to celebrate
fundraising milestones and hype up the audience in signature
DJ Khaled fashion.

Kelly Rowland and
MDA advocate Madee Helaire choreographed an endzone dance
for her brother Kansas City Chiefs star rookie running back Clyde

Throughout the evening Hart checked in with the celebrity phone
bank which included Jay Ellis, Aloe Blacc, Fat
Joe, Zachary Levi, Loni Love, and Leslie Mann whose
husband Judd Apatow made a surprise cameo.

Grammy Award-winning artist Aloe Blacc pulled double
duty, not only was he answering phones in the phone bank all
evening, he also gave a rousing halftime performance of his hit
song “I Need A Dollar.” [VIDEO HERE]

During a heartwarming conversation with 11 year-old MDA
Ambassador Ethan LyBrand, Kevin discussed Ethan’s inspirational
Joke of the Day series which he started to make others laugh at
the outset of the pandemic.
Hart then surprised him with a new wheelchair created specially
for him by Magic Wheelchair which was modeled after his favorite
transformer, Bumblebee.

Crawford, Whitney Cummings, Steph Curry, Adam Devine, Josh Gad,

and Gabrielle Union-Wade.
Following the telethon
Nancy O’Dell and Jann Carl hosted the Telethon
Showcase,
a 1-hour extended programming special. The show highlighted and
celebrated the members of the neuromuscular community, and
featured appearances from other celebrity guests.
The MDA Kevin Hart Kids Telethon benefited the Muscular
Dystrophy Association and Help From the Hart. For more than 70
years, the Muscular
Dystrophy Association
has funded research and care for more than 300,000 people in the
United States living with muscular dystrophy, ALS, and related
neuromuscular diseases.
