2021年4月18日下午，由世界和谐基金会、世界儿童健康发展研究中心、中国优生优育协会儿童教育中心、杭州市健康促进协会、亿万阳光集团共同举办的2021“开启‘星’语，与爱‘童’行”儿童心理健康公益服务行暨亿万阳光儿童自闭症康复中心项目启动新闻发布会，在杭州市党群服务中心召开，世界和谐基金会副主席Jennifer
Ten女士、世界儿童健康发展研究中心理事长刘莹女士、原杭州市人民政府副市长安志云、杭州市健康促进协会原会长徐培林先生等领导出席会议。

A press conference for the launch of the

会议由杭州市健康促进协会副会长兼秘书长张纯主持，杭州市健康促进协会执行副会长葛凤林与世界和谐基金会理事、亿万阳光集团创始人总裁恩典先生，分别作了公益服务行和儿童自闭症康复中心项目启动的发布。金锋先生，原中国科学院心理研究所 PI研究员、金锋实验室首席科学家、日本
NS Bio Japan首席科学家，金锋教授做了主题为“肠道菌群与儿童、少年、青年身心健康”的报告。世界和谐基金会主席
Frank Liu 先生、世界和谐基金会副主席 Ugoji A.Eze 女士、美国耶鲁大学医学院儿童研究中心主任

先生等分别通过远程视频对亿万阳光儿童自闭症康复中心项目启动表示祝贺并作了相应的分享报告。

The meeting was presided over by Zhang Chun, Vice President
and Secretary-General of Hangzhou Health Promotion
Association.
Ge Fenglin, Executive Vice President of Hangzhou Health
Promotion Association, and Mr. Grace, the director of the
World Harmony Foundation and the founder and president of
Billion Sunshine Group, respectively made public service
activities. And the launch of the Children’s Autism
Rehabilitation Center project.
Mr. Jin Feng, former PI researcher at the Institute of
Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chief Scientist of
Jin Feng Laboratory, Chief Scientist of NS Bio Japan,
Professor Jin Feng gave a report on "Intestinal Microflora
and Physical and Mental Health of Children, Adolescents, and
Youth" .
Mr. Frank Liu, Chairman of the World Harmony Foundation,
Ms. Ugoji A. Eze, Vice Chairman of the World Harmony Foundation, Mr. Fred
R. Volkmar, Director of the Children's Research Center of
Yale University School of Medicine, and Stephen. Hegedus,
Ph. Mr. D and others respectively congratulated the launch
of the Hundreds of Sunshine Children's Autism Rehabilitation
Center project through remote videos and made corresponding
sharing reports. |

最后，世界儿童健康发展研究中心理事长刘莹女士表示：“我们“中心实验室”将与亿万阳光儿童自闭症康复中心展开全面战略合作，充分发挥“中心”在国际上的影响力，整合世界各国最优秀的脑科学、生物学、神经学、心理学、教育学等专业领域的顶级权威专家，为亿万阳光在中国创立的康复中心提供最专业的技术、研发、课程系统等方面的支持。”

Finally, Ms. Liu Ying, Director of Psychological Research of
the World Children’s Health Development Research Center,
said:
“Our “central laboratory” will launch a comprehensive
strategic cooperation with billions of sunshine children’s
autism rehabilitation centers to give full play to the “center”’s
international influence.
Integrate the best experts in brain science, biology,
neurology, psychology, pedagogy and other professional
fields from all over the world to provide the most
professional technology, research and development,
curriculum system and other aspects for the rehabilitation
centers established by billions of sunshine in China
supporters."

联合国大会决议自2008年起，每年的4月2日被确定为世界孤独症日，今年是第十四届世界自闭症日。据统计，中国21世纪初有1200万自闭症患儿，平均每68个孩子中就有一个自闭症，为了引起社会各界的高度关注与重视，杭州市健康促进协会联合多家机构共同发起“开启‘星’语，与爱‘童’行”儿童心理健康公益服务行，我们将联合世界权威机构和科学家，开展专家研讨、健康义诊、健康科普传播等系列公益活动，帮助自闭症家庭制定符合孩子自身体质特点的健康方案，帮助自闭症孩子通过有效的康复方案，解决自闭症儿童的“诊断难、治疗难”等问题，将我们有效的实施解决方案尽快向社会全面推广。

Since 2008, the United Nations General Assembly has decided
that April 2 of each year has been designated as World
Autism Day.
This year is the 14th World Autism Day. According to
statistics, there are 12 million children with autism in
China at the beginning of the 21st century. On average, one
in 68 children has autism. In order to attract the attention

亿万阳光儿童自闭症康复中心项目的建立，旨在引进世界各国最高端的专家资源和科技手段，缓解目前自闭症诊断难，治疗难的两大难题，通过最新的训练课程和最前沿的生物制品两方面结合去缓解自闭症患者的症状，切实提高自闭症儿童训练和康复效果。希望通过训练让更多的自闭症患儿可以回归社会，让更多的家庭幸福圆满，最大限度发挥自闭症儿童康复机构的作用，为中国自闭症儿童康复事业发展而努力。
