French Heritage Society "April in Paris" Luncheon

French Heritage Society returned to Palm
Beach for the second time this year to
host their “April in Paris” Luncheon on
Monday,
April 14, 2025, at Swifty’s Hanging
Garden at The Colony Hotel. The
atmosphere was particularly festive as
guests enjoyed a delicious meal and
toasted FHS’s vital mission from The
Colony’s
poolside oasis. |
The lovely, sold-out fête was held at
the behest of Event Chairs
Liz McDermott Barnes and
Jacqui Michel. Further flair was
provided by Luncheon Chairmen CeCe
and Lee Black, Michael Kovner and Jean
Doyen de Montaillou, and Jean
Shafiroff. |
Esteemed guests included: FHS
Executive Director Jennifer Herlein and
Board Member Ronald Lee Fleming. Also

all lovers of France, French Heritage
Society aims to ensure that the
treasures of French architectural and
cultural heritage survive to delight,
educate and inspire future generations.
Over the past 43 years, FHS has awarded
over 700 restoration and cultural grants
to properties throughout France and in
the United States and selected and
supported nearly 580 university students
who have crossed the Atlantic for
internships at esteemed institutions.
FHS has 11 chapters, 10 in the U.S. and
one in Paris, and membership includes
access to all. |
