Bruce Museum Gala: A Pop Experience! in Greenwich on May 13 |
The 30th Bruce
Museum Gala: A Pop Experience!, this
year’s major fundraising event, not
only raised critical funds to support the museum’s exhibitions
and programs, but also was an awesome party! The Pop-inspired
evening was held on May 13, 2017 at Greenwich Country Club in
Greenwich, CT. The event was co-chaired by Darby Cartun and
Melissa Levin. The Museum is grateful to all the guests for
their generosity and to the many committee members who worked to
make the evening such a great success. Special thanks to Carolyn
Dempsey Design, NYC-based band “On the Move,” live auctioneer
August Uribe of Phillips, the many donors of auction items. The
Gala honored Bill and Fran Deutsch and Homer and Coverly Rees
for their extensive commitment, leadership and spirited
generosity
