styleX 2016,
the third in well-known style and tech TV correspondent
Katlean de Monchy’s experiential series, provides
audiences a means to discover and explore game-changing
technologies that will be impacting consumer lifestyles
through fashion, beauty and fitness. Katlean
summarized the event in these terms, “Bringing disparate
worlds in dialogue and igniting synergies between
digital natives and the fashion scene is both fulfilling

year’s event, held September 8 added fuel to fashion by

affluentials and celebfluentials attended--including
representatives from the Fashion Institute of
Technology; designers Malan Breton and Maggie Norris;
creatives such as stylist Montgomery Frazier as well as
designers from Ralph Lauren and Coach brands. New York
notables and celebrities included American composer and
instrumentalist Lucia Hwong Gordon; Flo Anthony, Lieba
Nesis, Downtown Julie Brown, Iris Schwartz, and Countess
Jocelyn Engle. Julianne Michelle a film and TV Actress
attended along with Consuelo Vanderbilt Costin, singer,
designer and philanthropist; and TV actress April
Malloy.

leadership panel providing insights from 3D-printing
design and fashion pioneers, a beauty keynote on
skin-tightening technology, and a cocktail hour

concluded the event with refreshments from Cocktail

ceremony gave attendees a chance to mingle with and meet
