products we use while we settle for low grade ingredients
from which to create our nervous system and hormones. The
foods we eat become the raw materials from which our bodies
build our brain, nervous system and hormones.
This anti-aging expert is currently enrolling four women for

Tip of the Month
Purchase brown coconuts and drink their nutritious water.
This floods the body with minerals, hydrates the body and
kills mild infections.
Yams contain beneficial oligosaccharides and make a
wonderful dessert. Steam and serve hot with unrefined
coconut oil and sea salt. Bon Appetit!
Weight training is an important part of any exercise
routine. Add weight baring exercises to your routine to
maximize absorption of calcium.
