By invitation only and themed as
“Nexus loves… the 90’s”, Constance Fischer of
GoldenFischer, Inc. hosted a grand New Year's Eve
fete to introduce the new Nexus Townhouse. Sponsored
by Freestream Aircraft & Heliflite, SeaStreak,
Modani and In attendance was a melting pot of
celebrities ranging from Fashion, Entertainment,
Sports, Finance, Art and Private Aviation
industries, to the international jet set, and local
and international press.
The event took place at The Nexus
Townhouse, spanning over four floors, each with a
unique theme and design, ranging from art deco Miami
and Berlin wall, to a German castle baroque themed
floor featuring a glass rooftop penthouse with
terrace. Additionally, the event will introduced new
European designers, a photo studio, new
state-of-the-art concepts in fashion design and a
furniture exhibit by Modani.
The evening started at 9pm with Red
Carpet introduction of the new CEO Constance Fisher
by Red Carpet Host, Jeffrey Gurian DDS. & Internet
Sensation, Lauren Francesca along with Supermodel –
Actors Pat Cleveland & husband Paul von Ravenstein,
Debbie Dickinson and Project Runway Winner Kalyn
Hemphill. Also, Jr. Tennis Champion Carolyn Koladzyn,
North Pole Marathoner and best Sports Physiatrist,
Dr. Dan Hamner, Patricia Eva Oppenheimer, Karen
Konigsberg, Top Designer Anne Bowen, Robert DiMauro,
Courtney Henley Anderson, Aristeo Tencgo, Shelly
Bromfeld, Dewey Wong, and Rising star Click Models,
Tasha Moore and Mia Calabrese. 10:30 p.m. kicked
off with a premiere Designer Fashion Show featuring
Shadowconnected, Elise Gug, Proust, Ivan, Starfinger,
Whyshy, Amalia Mattaor, Pauric Sweeney, ToBeG,
Sylvie Schimmel and Jinny Kim Hollywood Shoes with
Pamela Kay handbags. Makeup was designed by Joseph
Boggess hair by Domenico Rossi and his styling team.
Refreshments were provided by sponsors Medea Vodka
and Argiano Wine. Following with games, a sumptuous
fashion prize wheel and then highlight, a Live
Auction of a Freestream-HeliFlite Helicopter tour,
and more with proceeds to benefit the American Red
Cross in Greater New York. The evening culminated
with a live-feed of the Times Square's ball dropping
to the sounds of DJ Go while dining with catered
selections from Café Filai, the Nathans Hot Dog Cart
or delicious oysters at the rooftop VIP Penthouse
Oyster Bar to ring in 2011. There was plenty of
entertainment and luxury prizes including SeaStreak
boat to the beach and Martha’s Vineyard, Sports
Rehab Sessions with renowned Author Dr, Dan Hamner,
Beauty Day at Warren Tricomi at the Plaza,
Photography Session with renowned photographer
Mitchell Grey and to top it off, a Freestream
Aircraft – HeliFlight Helicopter Tour with 6
passengers.
