      On November 11, 2021, in order to issue a warning to all mankind on the issue of the global climate catastrophe,

     The U.S. Climate Envoy advocates that China-U.S. relations should be treated with a long-term perspective-because many issues in future international affairs require cooperation and consultation between the United States and China.

From April 15 to 17, 2021,

China’s Special Envoy for Climate Change Xie Zhenhua
and the
 U.S. President’s Special Envoy for Climate Issues John Kerry
held talks in Shanghai.

        The two sides conducted candid, in-depth and constructive communication on issues such as cooperation on climate change, the leaders’ climate summit, and the 26th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Climate Convention.

They made positive progress, reached a joint statement on addressing the climate crisis, and restarted China and the United States channels for climate change dialogue and cooperation.

        The two sides recognize that climate change is a serious and urgent threat to the survival and development of mankind.

China and the United States will strengthen cooperation and work together with other parties to tackle the climate crisis.

        From August 31 to September 3, 2021, the Chinese side invited the Special Envoy to visit China.

 During the period, China’s Special Envoy for Climate Change Affairs Xie Zhenhua held talks with Kerry in Tianjin

to exchange views on Sino-US climate change cooperation and the
26th Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.

        Secretary Kerry’s
ringing the small Harmony Bell at the COP26 alerts people around the world to have a harmonious voice in jointly addressing climate issues.

I am very grateful to Climate Envoy Kerry for his efforts at COP26.

WHF Chairman Frank Liu invited Secretary Kerry to ring the bell three times.

In traditional Chinese culture,
 3 means multiple.

It means that ringing the bell three times represents a long and deep alert to all mankind on the issue of the climate catastrophe, and it also embodies the continuous sound of harmony between countries
and between humanity and nature.

After the ceremony, Frank Liu, Chairman of the World Harmony Foundation, said:

During the casting of the large version of the  Harmony Bell, we used spent ammunition donated by the military, and recycled metal collected by Chinese and American students.

The creation of the original Harmony Bell incorporates people’s expectations for stopping wars and achieving peace, as well as everyone’s practice of harmony and environmental protection.

At the COP26 conference,

the leaders of China and the United States are in harmony with climate issues. Spiritual consultation and resolution of the global climate crisis has led more and more other countries to join.

This is a very good start.

It not only means that the relationship between China and the United States is improving, but also means seeking unity, harmony, and environmental protection to end severe damage to Mother Earth.

  In addition,

 Mr. Frank Liu also told reporters that the next step for WHF is to establish a Harmony Bell Association, with a view to donating small harmony bells to heads of state around the world to promote harmony in each country.

It is expected that the World Harmony Foundation can make more contributions to the promotion of global ecological issues!

《COP26中美达成气候行动联合宣言，克里特使敲响和谐之声》

      2021年10月11日，COP26在瑞典格拉斯哥圆满闭幕，为庆贺COP26成功举办，为全球气候变化问题向全人类发出预警，美国前国务卿、白宫气候克里在COP26闭幕式前亲自3次敲响了世界和谐钟声！ 该钟是世界和谐基金会带给COP26大会的图腾——促进人与自然和谐、终止全球温化！ 敲钟后，克里特使与世界和谐基金会主席Frank Liu先生、高级顾问Suzi Leggett 就和谐与环保问题开了简短的交流。

美国国务卿克里是一位长期致力于关注全球气候变化问题的知名美国政治家，他主张主张要以长远眼光对待中美关系——因为未来国际事务中很多议题都需要美中两国合作协商解决。此次克里国务卿在COP26会议上敲响和谐钟的行为，不仅可以视为克里国务卿就全球气候变化问题对全世界人们的警醒，还可以视为在全球气候危机的形势下，大国关系尤其中美关系再共同应对气候问题方面的和谐之音。

在COP26大会闭幕式克里国务卿的敲钟仪式上，世界和谐基金会主席Frank Liu先生向克里国务卿表达了深切的感激，他说道：“本次COP26之所以能够成功，原因就在于大家都在秉持着和平与和谐的精神，非常感激克里国务卿对COP26的成功举办所做出的努力。”，Frank Liu主席邀请克里国务卿敲钟三次，在中国传统文化中，“3”指的的“多”的意思，敲钟三次即代表了对气候变化问题向全人类发出的警钟长鸣与深刻警醒，还寄托着对国与国、人与自然之间和谐之音的绵绵不绝。

在采访过程中，世界和谐基金会主席Frank Liu向我们讲道：“在大版本世界和谐钟的铸造过程中，我们熔铸了由将军、士兵们捐赠的子弹，以及由中美学生们收集的废弃物，大和谐钟的铸造融入了人们对停止战争、实现和平的期望，也是大家对和谐与环保身体力行的实践。在此次COP26大会上，中美两国领导人本着就气候问题方面的和谐精神对全球气候危机的协商与解决，引领了越来越多其他国家的加入，这是一个非常好的开始，不仅意味着中美两国关系向好，还意味着求家园中的各个国家面对地球母亲受到重创，所展现出的团结、和谐，与环保”。此外，Frank Liu先生还告诉记者，WHF 的下一步计划是携和谐钟绕地球各国一圈，请各国首脑共同敲响，警示全球温化的危机。

by the
UNFCCC

          The 26th UN Climate Conference (COP26)
was successfully held on November 1, 2021 in Glasgow, UK.

Frank Liu, the founding chairman of the UN Environment NGO

World Harmony Foundation (WHF),

was invited to participate in the

Ministerial Green Tourism Summit in Harmony
 between Man and Nature

on November 3, and was granted observer status by the

UNFCC.

        In the letter addressed to the WHF  by UNFCCC

it was confirmed that in accordance with the decisions taken during the 26th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP)

the WHF was granted observer status to the UNFCCC process.

 The letter also recognized the organization's hard work from November last year to July this year

that can ensure that WHF

will have the ability to apply for the next COP27.

        The World Harmony Foundation (WHF)

was established in October 2004 to promote harmony between humanity and nature, harmony among nations,
harmony among people
 no matter their cultures nor religions or believes.

        At this COP26 conference, the World Harmony Foundation brought three gifts to the

 UN Climate Conference COP26:

1)

Inviting the United Nations, senior officials and celebrities from various countries to ring the small world harmony bell,  

2)

Launching of the Global Harmony Forum in  accordance with the spirit of
building a community with a shared future for mankind

 adopted by the United Nations General Assembly,

 President Xi

and President Biden's

 determination that

people and nature must be in harmony.  

3)

China-South Korea cooperation

technology that is conducive to energy saving
 and emissions reduction,
with high-efficiency treatment of CO2 and sulfur emissions
 from all coal-fired power stations.

     Furthermore, the letter awarded to the WHF by the UNFCC

 recognizes the spirit of harmony represented by
 the small version of the Harmony Bell
brought by its Chairman Frank Liu.

          Moreover, the letter expressed the expectation that
the World Harmony Foundation can make new contributions
 to the UNFCCC process.

 to participate in important events in Glasgow,

 and use the Harmony Bell as a call for sounding the alarm to our climate crisis and to the urgent need to reduce
 greenhouse gas emissions.

          Finally, Frank Liu stated

Now we are very clear that we need to prioritize harmony between humans and the earth, and we need to ensure that the world can effectively adjust its climate trajectory.

The WHF
firmly believes that it is our most important legacy to our future generations to protect and care for our planet.

联合国第26届气候大会（COP26）于2021年11月1日在英国格拉斯哥成功举办。联合国环境署非政府组织“世界和谐基金会（WHF）”创会主席Frank Liu受邀参加11月3日“人与自然和谐的部长级绿色旅游峰会，”并被授予WHF观察员地位。

据悉，在联合国气候组织UNFCCC授予世界和谐基金会观察员的信件中提到，“关于您在 UNFCCC 进程中申请观察员地位，秘书处很高，缔约方会议 (COP) 第二十六届会议已接纳您的组织加入、参与 UNFCCC 进程的指南……此录取状态赋予您的组织由指定的提名人提名的权利，这将在各自的信息说明和通知中详细说明。官方通讯将发送至贵组织为秘书处数据库指定和注册的指定联系人。”“祝贺世界和谐基金会，正是由于贵组织去年 11 月到今年 7 月的辛勤工作，我方才能够确保在下一届 COP27 上，WHF 将有自己的能力申请会外活动和派遣正式代表。”

世界和谐基金会(WHF)成立于2004年10月，旨在促进人与自然的和谐，国家之间和谐、人与人和谐、不同文化和谐、不同宗教和谐、人体自身和谐等，提高人们对人类与环境之间的关键联系的认识。

    在本次COP26会议上，世界和谐基金会给UN气候大会COP26带来带来了三项礼物：一、邀请联合国、各国高级官员、名人来敲响小型世界和谐钟。二、根据联合国大会通过的“构建人类命运共同体”的精神与习主席同拜登在四月全球日各国首脑气候云端高峰会召开所强调的“人与自然必须和谐”的决心。在本次大会特别发起了“全球和谐行动论坛”。三，带来了有利于节能减排的“中韩合作”的高效率处理所有烧煤电站排放CO2与硫的技术。

    据悉，在联合国气候组织UNFCCC授予世界和谐基金会观察员的信件中，特别表达了对世界和谐基金会基金会带来礼物小版本和谐钟以及其和谐精神的认可，信中提到“批准 WHF 作为未来可以参加会议的非政府组织，也是推动和谐钟所代表的和谐理念的关键。”同时，信中还表达了对世界和谐基金会能够为 UNFCCC 进程做出新贡献的期待。

 which started on the 1^st of November 2021,  in Glasgow ;

 The World Harmony Foundation (WHF),

 a  UNEP non-governmental organization recently afforded Observer status with the UNFCCC . Chairman Frank Liu of WHF was invited to   participate in  the  

Ministerial Green Tourism Summit in Harmony between Mankind and Nature

Chairman Frank  Liu exchanged best practices  with ministers at the meeting and was delighted to hear that  the World Harmony Clock ,

will be bought to the
Global Harmony Initiative.

 summit forum, organised by the  World Harmony Foundation , the Green Community Organization, the Future City Organization and  the China Circular Economy Industry Development Centre, which was  held in the Glasgow HUB Culture Harmony Club .

 The said high level forum was attended by the Environmental leaders of government organizations ;  dancers and singers of
UN Environmental protection ambassadors,

together with Chairman Frank Liu and

 WHF European Chairman
Yan Li ;

to discuss how to highlight  the climate change crisis for mankind,

Chairman Frank Liu , on behalf of the WHF ,  gave a keynote speech on

 Harmony is the foundation of building a community with a shared future for mankind

-in response to the UN General Assembly’s Resolution on

Building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind,

 Protecting Mother Earth, and Harmony Clock Global Environmental Education Action, ending global warming and introducing the Harmony Clock Global Green Educational Travel Plan (Action Plan) .

Miss Harmony Liu,

WHF Global Ambassador, the Global Harmony Initiator and the Secretary-General of the WHF Youth Committee,

gave a 1.6-minute short speech . The said speech  was praised by  environmental leaders from various countries present, the famous Chinese educator in the United States, the director of the Asian Affairs Office of the New York State Assembly, and the chairman of the North American Headquarters of the European and American Alumni Association gave high praise to COP26 and Harmony for their active participation in public welfare activities since childhood.

Human and Nature Must Harmony Alarm.

 The 2021 "Harmony for Peace" award ,

was presented to  the Honourable  Dr. Suzi Park Leggett ,
  the chairman of the World Peace Prize Awarding Council,

 (WPPAC of 1989 ) ;

 for her  contribution to building bridges of peace and harmony   between the United States,  Asia, promoting South Korea’s new energy-low emission industry program.

The  leader of the China Circular Economy Industry Development Centre (CCEC), the co-chair of the forum,

 Ye Sudan, the co-chairman of WHF, and Xu Fahua,

the Executive vice-chairman of WHF

 and the director of CCEC centre,

were duly invited to participate in this conference via video conference.

 to protect them from the ongoing COVID-19 Global Pandemic .

WHF  was established in October 2004 ,

to promote harmony between mankind and nature;  harmony amongst nations; people, cultures; religions and humanity and above all  the inextricable link  of the interconnectedness  with the environment.

  The WHF has a roadmap  based on the establishment of a partnership between global leaders and local communities ,  dedicated to building a culture of peace  and culture ,  sustainable in line with the SDG’s  to ensure that no one is left behind .


The WHF encourages children  and youths to participate
in all of WHF ‘s  projects,  for example :

  global environmental recycling, promoting peace through harmony, and creating harmonious bells for peace and green saving our planet, amongst others .

Harmony Promotes Peace

 is the first WHF’s  global leadership initiative launched to date .

The Harmony Bell

 was inspired and made for the commemoration  of the 60th anniversary of the United Nations ,  by WHF. The then  Secretary-General of the UN Mr. Kofi Annan and the President of the UN General Assembly Mr. Jan Eliasson sounded the Harmony Bell.

Members of the Congress  Tom Lantos, Caroline Maloney, Lester Wolfe and other celebrities  have subsequently  rang the Bell of Harmony on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. 

 The  East Timorese President Xanana Gusmão and Nobel Peace Prize winner Jose Ramos Horta have also rang the bell

United Nations Deputy Secretary-General Asha Ross Mikiro, on behalf of Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, also sounded the wake-up call at the

Nano-3H catalyst-coal conversion additive  technology;  

which is certified by European and International Standards.

 Mr. Yan Li,

a financier and WHF European co-Chairman, gave a speech on behalf of the scientist at the venue. 

 Dave Randle ,

 Senior consultant for WHF environmental protection and the  spokesman  for solar cars;  introduced the innovative and recently   launched solar cars;  which have the ability to  run 1,000 kilometres without charging.

Chairman Liu , in his keynote speech further stated that :

 I will  bring the Harmony Bell to participate in important events in Glasgow, and use the Harmony Bell as a wake-up call for sounding the climate crisis warning and supporting the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
