Many thanks to Families Empowered for
inviting us to be part of the Health and
Education Expo in promoting heart health for
children and their families! We had
educational games, quizzes, heart models,
coloring activity, and various prizes.... The
hula hoop competition was enjoyed by all
while showing that exercise can be fun!
