A FABULOUS VALENTINE’S DAY CELEBRATION

Our night of the Heart was another magical night where there
was love in the air for everyone participating. We were all
so happy to see one another again. Besides celebrating
Valentine’s Day we were also celebrating my birthday due to
being fortunate enough to be born on Valentine’s Day. This
is a day of love commemorating a sentiment shared by all –
the day and night of the heart. Everyone who attended was
there to celebrate Valentine’s Day and my birthday. Many of
our regular friends and new ones we met that night were
celebrating, having so much fun, conversing with one
another, exchanging contacts for their businesses, and had
pictures taken with celebrity guests and new found friends.
Many of our friends that we had not seen for while attended
to celebrate warmly with us. Every month is always such a
great reunion for all. As always… our ladies were all
dressed so beautifully in red and most of the gentlemen were
dressed impeccably in their very best attires finishing off
their looks with red ties. The atmosphere was very jovial -
it was another magical night! Once again we were packed, all
you could see was wall to wall people including the members
of Elite Professional Networking Group (EPNG) and friends of
Black Tie International Magazine, members of Toastmasters
International, and so many more guests. It was marvelous to
watch our guests always have such an outstanding time at our
events.
We were all happy to see our beautiful, charming and well
accomplished ladies who took time to leave there busy
schedules to celebrate Valentine’s Day and especially by
sharing with me my birthday celebration. Guests in
attendance were Sabina Klimek the Trade Commissioner of
Poland, Emmy Award Winner and Multi Awardee TV & RADIO HOST:
Rita Cosby of CBS & ABC TV & RADIO, also Model Miss Ohio
Lindsey Davis, and our International Models European Super
Model, Beauty Queen, and Actress Angelina Shipilina, and
European Super Models: Liga Freimane, Elena Konovalova,
Anastasia, Michaela Vybohova and Model Mary Tavarez. The
guests were all so very delighted to socialize in the
presence of these gorgeous ladies. Richard Alan of Richard
Alan Management also brought his two models Bianca Dev and
Monica Mangano. We also had a cake for our very own Bill Lee
Lanndis who had a birthday in January. We celebrated his
birthday by getting him a special cake: a Black Tie Designed
Cake fitting the theme for our Red Carpet event.
Also attending was Kenneth Flornes, CEO and Founder of
Nectar Furnish Apartments in which he owns Nationwide and
International. He is usually traveling our nation and
International visiting his properties, so we were fortunate
when both and Sandy Jacolow the CIF (Chief Information
Officer) of Silverstein Towers of Larry Silverstein of the
World Trade Center can attend. Another good friend there was
Economist Wojtec Trocewicz representing the Polish Consulate
who is married to the beautiful and charming Sabina Klimek,
the Trade Commissioner of Poland. Additionally in attendance
was our long-time friend Celebrity Architect Stephen
Valentines who has been traveling a lot, Recently he was a
cover of 2 Magazine, Dr. Tadeusz Pyz, Dr. Ann H. Pyz. Our
Speaker for the night Mr. Tom Marino Director for District
46 (Serving Long Island, New York City and Weschester
County) Toastmaster International, the German Baroness
Marion Von Buchard, Gerald McKeon Publisher of Black Tie
International Magazine, Elizabeth Stern President & Founder
Global Giving Advisors, and our new friend Kristoffer Lepsoy,
CEO of Gelcon Solutions who just moved to New York City from
Norway. Lets welcome him! We have so many more guests who we
will mention later.
GUEST SPEAKER: Tom Marino, DTM. Tom
Marino is a distinguished Toastmaster, currently serves
Toastmasters International as Director for District 46.
District 46 is composed of Weschester County, New York City
and Long Island. Tom manages 220 Clubs with approximately
6,000 members and shares his expertise as a public speaker
and leader. We all very thoroughly enjoyed his presentation.
ENTERTAINMENT BY: CHRISTOPHER SILVA
Christopher Silva is a New York City based singer who loves
to entertain a wonderful audience. Most of his love of jazz
music came about by the introduction and exposure to the
genre by his grandfather who was a jazz musician. He is a
fan and lover of the Great American Songbook and loves to
preserve and revel in the beauty and fun of these great
songs by performing them in venues across town. Chris
trained professionally and performs songs for his audience
with great love and passion. He sang beautifully especially
when he sang "You Raise Me Up" by Josh Groben. All the
guests loved it because it was very inspiring. They were all
in agreement stating that he is a good singer. His mother
Renee and Father Roberto Silva attended his debut and they
are so proud of their son Chris. Since Chris was so
exceptional we will have him singing again at our Welcome
Spring event on April 4th.
The evening lasted way past midnight due to all having such
an ideal time talking and networking. As usual we gave out
the monthly door prizes to our very lucky guests and the
winner of the 5 night 4 day stay in a Cancun Resort (just
letting you know… I am not the one who picks the cards for
the door prizes, so there is no favoritism). Please note all
of our guests are special to us. Make sure to RSVP right
